My exploration of metaphysics began in 2013 as part of my spiritual journey. Learning to meditate and “raising my vibration” led to studying frequency, energy, physics, philosophy, theology, and quantum mechanics. It all took me back to one morning many years ago in junior high, when my science teacher pointed at one of the heavy wooden chairs in the class and told us we were made of the same stuff as that chair, and different forms of matter were based on the configurations of atoms and the frequency at which these particles vibrated.

At the time I didn’t see any connection between the soul and the physical body, but now it’s become clear to me that energy, matter, mind, body and spirit are all part of a greater whole. I make no claim to any special expertise in science, philosophy, or theology, but I am intensely curious about how all of these parts fit together and the nature of the whole of creation.

Through my blog and this website I hope to share my ideas and discoveries and engage with other curious, open-minded people. We’ll cover a wide range of topics, without dogma or emphasis on any particular belief system. Rather than trying to impose any point of view on others, I hope to create a respectful, nurturing, on-line community that will encourage all souls to find their own unique path to joy and fulfillment.

Namaste’,

Toni

Metaphysics is the branch of philosophy that examines the fundamental nature of reality, including the relationship between mind and matter, between substance and attribute, and between possibility and actuality.[1] The word “metaphysics” comes from two Greek words that, together, literally mean “after or behind or among [the study of] the natural”. It has been suggested that the term might have been coined by a first century CE editor who assembled various small selections of Aristotle’s works into the treatise we now know by the name Metaphysics (ta meta ta phusika, ‘after the Physics ’, another of Aristotle’s works).

Certified Professional Cupping Therapy & Massage
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine
“Where there’s stagnation, there will be pain. Remove the stagnation, and you remove the pain.”
Chinese cupping is therefore a method of breaking up the blockage to restore the body’s natural flow of energy. Special cups are placed on the skin for a few minutes to create suction. As a type of deep-tissue massage, help with blood flow, pain, inflammation, relaxation and well-being.

Certified Reiki II
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing.
Reiki stimulates energy (Reiki) to move in the body.
You already have energy in the body but it may be blocked and not flowing smoothly. During or after a treatment, you may feel the effects of energy being unblocked.
For a time, physical and psychological symptoms may worsen as the mind/body cleanses itself. This is normal and expected, so if it happens to you, just ride it out and know that the discomfort will pass and you’ll feel much better, soon. It’s important to support your body as best you can to help you move past the cleansing process.
Reiki does not direct the life force energy or manipulate it in any way – it is about clearing out the pollutants that prevent free energy flow.
